Where is my order?

What are your shipping Options?
We offer convenient shipping options to get your keys to you quickly and safely:
Royal Mail Tracked 24®: Order before 2PM for next 24 hours.
Royal Mail Tracked 48®: Order before 2PM for next 48 hours.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM®: Order before 2 PM for next working day delivery guaranteed by 1PM.
All orders are shipped via tracked and insured courier services. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. All orders received before 2 PM are fulfilled the same day and dispatched the day after.
What is the cut-off time for orders wanting next day delivery?
To guarantee next working day delivery:
Place your order before 2:00 PM (Monday-Thursday)
Friday orders will arrive on Tuesday.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the same day and dispatched the following working day.
Bank holidays and weekends: Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Tip: For urgent orders, call us directly - we may be able to accommodate late orders on a case-by-case basis.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's our straightforward returns policy:
7 days return window from date of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Free returns for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
Customer-initiated returns: £5.50 return shipping and handling fee.
Please note: Programmed keys cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Do keys come pre-programmed for my car?
This depends on your specific order and vehicle type:
Basic replacement keys: Usually require programming to your vehicle.
OEM / Aftermarket keys: Come blank and need programming and cutting.
Important: Most modern car keys require programming to work with your vehicle's immobilizer system. As such, we are able to offer key programming services to make the process seamless.
Can you program a replacement key for my car?
Absolutely! We offer comprehensive programming services for most vehicle makes and models. Our services include:
Remote programming for compatible keys.
On-site programming at your location (additional charges apply).
What we need from you:
Vehicle make, model, and year.
VIN number (for accuracy).
Proof of ownership.
